    ‘A neighbor from hell’: Florida man allegedly used power tools to break through shared wall into adjoining duplex

    FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla. (TCN) -- A 58-year-old man is facing burglary and assault and battery charges after he allegedly used power tools to break through a shared wall into his duplex neighbor’s home.

    On Sept. 6, deputies from the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office responded to a duplex in Palm Coast, Florida, ClickOrlando reports. A resident alleged that the man who shares their wall, Charles Bowden, had used power tools to break through the drywall. WOFL identified the victims as Natasha Crockett and her mother.
