    Barney Frank, first openly gay member of Congress and Wall Street reformer, dies at 86

    Former Rep. Barney Frank, who was the first openly gay member of Congress and known for the Dodd-Frank Act, died at age 86. He had entered hospice care at his home in Maine in April and is survived by his husband of 14 years, Jim Ready.
