    Florida man cuffed for allegedly exposing himself at HomeGoods

    CAPE CORAL, Fla. (TCN) -- A 43-year-old man has been charged with indecent exposure after police say he stripped down inside a home décor store.

    According to the Cape Coral Police Department, officers received a call regarding alleged incident exposure at a HomeGoods on Sept. 7. It was reported that a man was fully nude. Responding officers located Billy Thomas, who had allegedly left HomeGoods and was going toward a supermarket dressed in a black tank top and shorts.
