Information we collect

We collect the publication, account, contact, website, logo, country, submitted-feed, validation, approval, and security information publishers provide or generate while using the program.

How it is used

We use this information to verify accounts, review and operate feeds, attribute content, communicate status, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, measure publication performance, and comply with legal obligations.

Public information

Approved publication names, logos, descriptions, official websites, source links, feeds, and article attribution may be displayed publicly. Account passwords, reset tokens, and private contact details are not published.

Emails, notifications, and analytics

We send operational emails for verification, password recovery, approvals, rejections, security, and feed health. Aggregated content analytics may be provided to publishers without revealing individual readers’ private information.

Retention and requests

Records are retained while needed to operate, secure, audit, or meet legal requirements. Publishers may contact US Report to request correction or deletion, subject to necessary security and legal retention.
